Aligned & Balanced is a 6 week online course where you will learn how you can integrate Yoga & Ayurveda into your daily life and understand how your Dosha impacts both how you feel and act on a daily basis.

There are 3 sections or ‘pillars’ in Aligned & Balanced – Eat, Live and Yoga.

 

One of my favourite learnings on my Yoga journey was a quote from my Guruji.

“Yoga starts from your kitchen”.

I'm new to Ayurveda… can I still take this course?

 

Yes of course! The first 2 modules will enable you to gain a basic understanding of Ayurveda and the 3 Doshas. You can also ask any questions to myself inside the course!

I'm a complete newbie to Yoga. Can I still join Aligned & Balanced?

 

Yes you can! But I would advise you to take an in-person Yoga class at least once a week if you have never practiced Yoga before, as I won’t be able to give you hands-on adjustments online and it’s useful to have an experienced teacher to guide you when you are a complete newbie to Yoga!

How long do I have access to this course?

However, I would recommend trying to work through the course in 6 weeks (1 module per week) so you don’t lose momentum.
