I FEEL LESS COLD AND HAVE MORE ENERGY!

Before I joined From Chaos to Peace, I went to bed late and ate a cold breakfast in the morning. I was cold and tired. I also had a shift job and never felt that I was getting enough rest.

I'm new to Ayurveda. Can I still join From Chaos to Peace program?
